冬瓜に月のいろある今宵かな  森 澄雄

tôgan ni tsuki no iro aru koyoi kana

            wax gourd

            has the moon color

            tonight

Fay’s Note:  Sumio Mori (1919-2010)   ‘tôgan’ (wax gourd, literal translation is ‘winter gourd’) is an autumn kigo.
