蓑虫に返事のやうな風のきて   神山朝衣

minomshi ni henji no yôna kaze no kite

            to a bagworm

            the wind that seems to be

            the answer

  1. To say that this haiku has a “breathtaking” quality would be very true. One can really feel the bagworm working to hang on, and if you have ever tried to breathe in the face of a strong wind, well, you know what I mean. It must be experienced to be known. The bagworm KNOWS.
