Today’s Haiku (March 2, 2011)

ボブ・ディラン掛けよ蛙の夜なれば     榮 猿丸

bobu diran kakeyo kaeru no yoru nareba

            of frogs

    That phrase, “a night of frogs” reminds me of the night we watched the salamanders mating in the vernal pool…and the tree frogs were barking in their gentle rhythm in the trees. It was a magical night! Definitely early spring!
