春燈にひとりの奈落ありて坐す   野沢節子

shuntô ni hitori no naraku arite zasu

            an abyss of loneliness

            in the spring light

            I sit

    There is something about the spring light that wakens something within us … a longing to grow… a longing to embrace someone/something…. a longing….
